Sweet Dark Chocolate

One square Baker’s unsweetened chocolate
one teaspoon xylitol (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon safflower or coconut oil

Heat in a double boiler, stirring until chocolate and xylitol melt and are smooth. Pour into candy molds and refrigerate until set.
