Fancy Salad

I used to make this with nice Maytag Blue cheese on it but it’s good without it too. – Holly Bortfeld

Spring Mix salad
Vinaigrette (see dressings page)
Cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
Pomegranate seeds
Toasted chopped pecans
