Glen Ackerman, President

Glen Ackerman is CEO at inhouseIT, a founding board member and President of TACA’s Board. Glen has been involved in the IT services business for the past 24 years. For 18 years, he was CEO of Integration Technologies (ITI). ITI was one of the most successful IT technology companies servicing the mid market in Southern California. As a software development organization, ITI provided site intelligence applications to many of the most recognized business leaders in the retail, restaurant and real estate markets.Glen and his wife Lisa formed TACA in 2000. Glen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Lisa Ackerman, Founder & Secretary

A native of California, Lisa has worked in the retail and real estate site selection for almost 20 years. Lisa was a co-founder of Integration Technologies and AnySite Software which was sold to MapInfo Corporation in 2003. Working with customers like Wal-Mart, Burger King and Shell Oil, Lisa has consulted and sold large solutions for planning and managing the site selection process.In March 2004, Lisa retired from her real estate career to assume a full-time volunteer role as Executive Director for TACA. Lisa transitioned from volunteer to a full time professional capacity in July, 2008.

Keith Banning, Board Member

KeithPicture Keith is a Senior Vice President/Certified Financial Planner who runs a wealth management group at Morgan Stanley. He specializes in advanced estate planning for ultra-high net worth families, corporate executives, and business owners. He has spent his entire 29 career with Morgan Stanley. Keith is very involved in the community having been a past board member of the Newport Beach Little League, The Child Abuse Prevention Center, and most recently the Corona Del Mar High School Booster Board. Keith, his wife Denise, and their two boys Ryan and Ben reside in Newport Beach, California.

Dan Carney, Chief Financial Officer & Board Member

Dan Carney has been a member of Talk About Curing Autism (TACA) since inception. He is an advocate for families affected by autism.Dan earned his bachelor’s degree in economics for the University of Southern California and he earned his MBA from Woodbury University. After graduation he worked for E.F. Hutton, Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney. He is the founder and President of Carney Portfolio Management, an investment advisory firm. In 1998, Dan Carney and Max Carney founded Midwest Insurance an insurance company that provides worker’s compensation for businesses and other institutions.Dan serves on the Finance Committee and the Gifts and Trust Committee for the Newport Center Methodist Church. He actively supports and coaches the Challenger Baseball and Challenger Flag Football teams. He resides in Newport Beach with his wife Vicki and their two children Michael and Aspen.

Erich Kreidler, Board Member

Erich Kreidler is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience working in environments that require the execution of mission-critical initiatives. Currently serving as Managing Partner for KRE Consulting and Industry Professor at the University of Southern California (USC), Erich brings leading thought leadership in the areas of project management and organizational management.

At KRE, Erich leverages his ability to connect and relate to people of different generations, background or responsibilities to in the organization, both internally and working with its clients. Whether advising members of the C-suite or individual contributors, Erich takes a pragmatic approach consists of extracting the knowledge, ideas, vision and inspiration trapped within his clients' organizations to become drivers of such strategic transformation.

At USC, he lectures in Engineering Project Management and Business Engineering at the graduate level. Author of award-winning publications, Professor Kreidler was recognized by Orange County's Engineering Council by being awarded the Outstanding Educator Award. Sample publications include: "Business Acumen as an Integral Part of Project Management", "The Art and Science of Managing a Crisis" and "The Do's and Don'ts of Offshore Software Outsourcing".

Elizabeth McCoy, Board Member

Elizabeth McCoy has been a licensed Attorney in California since 1997, practicing primarily in the area of special needs trusts, conservatorship, and estate planning for families who have a child with Autism or other special needs. Mrs. McCoy earned her Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law. During law school, she was the Jan Adam Zuckerman scholarship recipient, and a staff member for the Washington University Journal of Urban and Contemporary Law. Since 1988, Mrs. McCoy has also been a licensed Landscape Architect. Prior to practicing law, she produced landscape architectural plans for Disney theme parks and 5-star Ritz Carlton and Marriott hotels throughout the world. Mrs. McCoy has been a proud supporter of TACA since 2006. She lives in North San Diego County with her husband Mike and two sons Atticus and August.

Patrick McIlvain, Board Member

Patrick-Mcilvain An outspoken advocate for families with ASD, Pat has been a TACA board member since 2008. Currently serving as VP of marketing and Business development for Squadrone Systems, Pat is a senior marketing executive, excelling in leadership and brand development in sports, lifestyle and technology channels. Pat recently served as VP of Global Sports Marketing at Oakley, in his 20 year term, he compiled an extensive background in sports marketing, product marketing, social media, event marketing, content creation and strategic partnerships.

Robby Saggu, Board Member

robby-saggu Robby serves as trusted advisor for a select group of high net worth entrepreneurs, private investors, families and foundations on all aspects of wealth management at Goldman Sachs. Robby is active in recruiting at the USC Marshall School of Business on behalf of the Firm. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Robby was an options trader for Saggu & Company, LLC. Robby received his BA in Business Administration from the University of California at San Diego. He received his MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business where he received the Kiplinger Prize for Academic Achievement and giving back to the community. Robby is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Robby lives in Anaheim Hills with his wife and upcoming baby.
